Kigali, Rwanda – The annual ARCOS Staff Meeting concluded today in Kigali, Rwanda, following two days of discussions and celebrations. Over 220 staff members attended the occasion, which focused on collaboration, learning, and recognizing outstanding achievements.

During the meeting, ARCOS CEO Dr. Sam Kanyamibwa emphasized the importance of living the organization’s values and delivering against stakeholder expectations. He highlighted the organization’s growth and the need to maintain a strong brand experience.

Dr. Kanyamibwa also encouraged staff to increase outreach efforts through the production of high-quality technical and scientific reports. He emphasized the importance of timely delivery of deliverables and thanked staff for their collaboration with authorities and communities.

In his closing remarks, the CEO expressed gratitude to the staff for their continued dedication and contributions to ARCOS. He noted that the organization’s membership community has grown to 1400 members, a testament to the hard work and commitment of the staff.
