Mrs Lea holds a B.Sc.Degree
in Forestry and Nature Conservation Obtained from University
of Rwanda. She worked in different organizations and projects based on community
development ,conservation and community
livelihoods in southern and eastern province of Rwanda. Lea trained as trainer
(ToT) on Technology Commercialization and Business scale –up in
Fruits and Vegetables Processing industry in India. She has Skills and
experience in trainig different community groups on this curriculum ,she
technically facilitated them in applying skills acquired to implement new
projects and advised community on sustainable natural resources management.
Currently ,Lea is Cell
Community Extension Officers in Rulindo Cell, Musenyi Sector, Bugesera
landscape under ARCOS network project named “Agroforestry and Livelihoods” her
overall responsibility include collaborating with the community in promoting
smart environment practices for environmental and economic benefits.
Apart from being passionate
for nature ,Lea likes reading ,swimming,telling stories with her friends.
