Narcisse holds Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering
and Environmental Sciences with Honors in Agroforestry issued at University of
Rwanda.
He worked as field extension technician in sericulture
for two years with HE Works Rwanda Silk Ltd in Nyamagabe District under
Supervision of NAEB. He was a supervisor in implementation of agroforestry in farming
systems
by Enterprise Multiservice (EMS) Rwanda with International Union for
Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Project. In addition, He was a
team leader in District Forest Management Plans (DFMPs) and National
Forest Inventory (NFI) by different companies with PAREF nlh2/RNRA in
Western and Eastern Provinces. He was also a team leader in organization of soil
conservation by making progressive terraces with agroforestry
trees planting
in Nyabihu
District, then Enumerator and Extensionist in PAREF BE2 and
UR-CAVM at Gicumbi District. He worked as an agronomist and extensionist of cooperative named Amizero Coffee in
Nyanza District.
Currently, He is a Cell Community Extension Officer in
the ARCOS Network and his overall responsibility is Coordinating the field
activities, providing an advice to support farmers, community groups and tree
nursery managers on tree planting and management in order to promote the
biodiversity conservation for environment and community benefits.
His hobby is playing and watching football.
