Claudette holds a bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture science with Honors in Agribusiness at University of Rwanda.

She worked as Research assistant at CGIS in project of participatory and gender mainstreaming in Forest Resource Management. She was a Research Assistant in NUR_USAID Land Project on assessment and documentation of the socio-economic and environmental effects of Land Use Consolidation component of crop intensification program in Rwanda.She was also Field Manager in PAREF project on planting and rehabilitation of forest at Gishwati under supervision of FSC company. In addition, she was Agronomist in project of Agroforestry, Woodlot planting, Forest Rehabilitation and Grafted fruit seedlings in Gatsibo District under supervision of Reserve force (Ministry of Defence). She worked as a team leader in Data collection in three Districts Bugesera, Ngoma and Kirehe in the project of The Women Empowerment in Agriculture Index under Supervision of MINAGRI. She also worked as Enumerator in project of Sericulture mapping under supervision of NAEB.

Currently Claudette is a cell community Extension Officer in RCOS Network under project named “Agroforestry and Livelihoods”, her overall responsibility is to transfer the Agricultural technology and innovation among the farmers by providing advices and support community groups, tree nursery management and tree planting as well as monitoring.

In her spare time, she likes travelling and listening music.
