Brigitte Nyirambangutse (PhD) is a dedicated Environmental Scientist with six years of experience working in the field of climate change mitigation and adaptation.
One year plus of experience working with Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and the National Designated Authority- Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA)- in Rwanda in the field of Climate change vulnerability, mitigation and adaptation.
Ten years of experience in teaching and joint research with University of Rwanda, The Center of Excellence in Biodiversity and Natural Resources Management and University of Gothenburg.
Studied in Scotland, the UK and Sweden, and speaks fluent English and French along with Kinyarwanda. Holds a PhD in natural Sciences, with specialization in Environmental Sciences, a Master of Research (MRes) in Environmental Biology.
